I’ve been here a few times so far and each visit was professional, friendly and easy. I especially appreciated not being upsold on any services. In fact, they wanted to check a possible issue over time to be sure it was or wasn’t problem. Turns out it wasn’t which I was thrilled about because it was an expensive item. John took care of me each time and was great. I will be coming back to Auto Aid regularly…and I live in San Diego. I was greeted very pleasantly by the service manager John and his assistant Lupe. They even took me in the back and explained everything that was needed. They did a complete brake job front and rear. I had no idea my brakes were in such bad condition. They got the work done while we waited. I feel that they prevented us from having an accident. Best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. Came for a new battery. They tried to service it instead of replacing which I really appreciate. They threw in an inspection which I was not expecting. Found the things I knew about so they weren't pulling my leg. Report sent to my email with pictures and measurements for verification.

Awesome staff and knowledgeable technicians that methodically diagnosed and fixed my 98' BMW 318 Ti.  The staff went above and beyond to let me know what needed to be repaired and exactly why, by breaking down each problem and how much each will cost.  There were absolutely no hidden fees or surprise cost.  With my approval, what they said will be done was done.  My car is again a dependable car to drive. AutoAid is great. I had been going to another mechanic for years and he only ever did the least necessary. On a recommendation from a friend I brought my car in for an oil change. The did the oil change and a full inspection and discovered everything the last guy had simply never bothered to look at.

Their recommendations for service all came with photo or video documentation so I could see exactly what was going on. They gave me a clear picture of what was urgent, what needs looking at soon and what can wait. That allowed me to make a plan to get things fixed on a schedule that works for my budget.

I went to AutiAid today for an AC diagnostic test. The team was thorough and professional but it was the owner, David who really made my visit great. 
He was extremely helpful and empathetic on what is the hottest day of the year (not great timing for an AC issue).
