I went to AutiAid today for an AC diagnostic test. The team was thorough and professional but it was the owner, David who really made my visit great. He was extremely helpful and empathetic on what is the hottest day of the year (not great timing for an AC issue). Before moving to LA most of the service done on my car was by a trusted family friend. After moving here I was so happy to find Autoaid. They treat me like I’m a friend and their service is impeccable. Update: I am still as satisfied Customer several years later. I bought a new car three years ago and much rather go to Autoaid for service, then to the dealership. They are courteous, kind, and transparent about repairs that might be needed. Great detailed issue/cost analysis of my cars. Report details existing issues and the cost to repair. Makes it easy to identify priority needs. Guys have lots of knowledge and years of experience.
