Auto Aid is a trustworthy business where I can leave my car to get fixed here and not have to worry about being charged unnecessarily. I've been coming here for years, and the mechanics are top notch. Auto Aid always patiently explains to me what is wrong with my car and what they need to do to repair it. They always give me an itemized description on the invoice that explains to me where every penny went. They are AAA certified. They are very friendly and courteous, and one time I needed a ride home, and the owner, Jack, and his wife actually drove me home! But normally, they will arrange for a Lyft driver, or something similar, to drive you home when you drop off your car.

I spoke with David, he was very helpful. I brought car in for oil change and check up. They called me with in 3 hrs and emailed me a full report. They called me also and explained ALL that was needed and the cost of each. I loved the fact they explained each item to be repaired to me and prioritize each item. I have always had great care from Doug over many years. I feel AutoAid is a safe, reliable and clean repair shop. THANK YOU!

I brought my car in after my check engine light came on, and they found that my car needed a new oxygen sensor. They gave me a discount just for being a AAA member, and I was able to get my car fixed the same day. A few days later, my car's check engine light came on again, and they checked it at no cost due to the warranty. No additional problems were found, and the check engine light was turned off. I was just told to bring it in again if the check engine light turns back on.

I took my vehicle to Keyes Toyota for an oil change and they told me a had a leaking transmission gasket and wanted to charge me several hundred dollars to replace it. I decided to take my car to AutoAid to do the work (they were a lot cheaper). Auto Aid wiped the area clean (emailed me photos of the area) and test drove my car and told me they didn't see it leaking. They recommended to keep an eye on it instead. They could have easily charged me and replaced it, but they're extremely honest. They have a customer for life. I will be bringing them my wife's car next.
