Auto Aid believed my Lexus ES350 had an oil leak, and believed it originated at the power steering pump and the pump shaft seal. They replaced the power steering pump and degreased the engine and told me to drive the car for a few weeks and bring it back to check for the leak. I did this and returned with the car. They found there was a leak, but it was caused by the pump they had replaced in February, so the problem was a defective part. They took the car back, replaced the pump and the part and labor charges were covered under warranty. They were patient, thorough, and didn't hesitate to take the time it eventually took to get to the source of the problem. Such qualities are extremely rare and hard to find from most repair shops.
