Auto aid and Rescue has been my go to car care for over 30 years. I am lucky to have found a repair shop that I trust and will do what is needed and nothing more.

I’ve taken my car in a few times now to AutoAid. They give you a full diagnostic and rank anything that may be wrong with your car from urgent to not so urgent as well as a give an estimate of all the items listed. It’s great for planning financially for upcoming services and scheduling those services. The mechanics and front desk manager are great with communication and friendly. They email reminders for upcoming services. Text itemized invoices. Text or call to communicate. There’s a café up the street and a few Mexican restaurants to kill time while you’re waiting. DMV is also a 3 minute walk so you can feed two birds with one scone if need be. I’m happy with their service and transparency thus far.

I really appreciate the honesty from this group. I brought in my Honda, and they patched a tire that the dealership insisted needed to be replaced. They explained everything thoroughly and were very transparent with me. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks, guys!

Auto Aid did it again…fitted me in to their schedule at a moment’s notice for a walk-in oil change, multipoint inspection, and a brake assessment…all. In less than 45-minutes. Special thanks to John for making it happen. Best shop, by far, in the SFV.
