I’ve taken my car in a few times now to AutoAid. They give you a full diagnostic and rank anything that may be wrong with your car from urgent to not so urgent as well as a give an estimate of all the items listed. It’s great for planning financially for upcoming services and scheduling those services. The mechanics and front desk manager are great with communication and friendly. They email reminders for upcoming services. Text itemized invoices. Text or call to communicate. There’s a café up the street and a few Mexican restaurants to kill time while you’re waiting. DMV is also a 3 minute walk so you can feed two birds with one scone if need be. I’m happy with their service and transparency thus far.

I really appreciate the honesty from this group. I brought in my Honda, and they patched a tire that the dealership insisted needed to be replaced. They explained everything thoroughly and were very transparent with me. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks, guys!

One of the most helpful, friendly, honest, and overall great autoshops I've been to, especially for a town like LA. Everyone there is super informative and they don't try to rip you off at all. Really great work and detail in there inspections and they don't miss a detail.
