I brought my Lincoln in, today, because I believed it needed a new battery. Autoaid ran a test, and confirmed my need of a new battery. They made the effort to get a replace battery, and had it installed today. This is the kind of service I have received from Autoaid every time I have come here. Thank you Autoaid.

I brought my car in because I believed I needed my head gasket replaced. I didn't get what I paid for. The diagnosis that I had to pay $148 for involved pulling the code and looking around for minor items that needed repair. They also claim they did a block test. However I just can't believe they didn't notice any bubbling in the reservoir or loss/change of compression. More likely, they looked for white smoke at startup and let the car idle for awhile to check temp and any coolant loss. I guess anyone could have missed the diagnosis. I'm not a mechanic. The response was that they had to fix the minor things they noticed to get to the root. $500 to change a hood release and filler neck, come on. So, after that we'd probably have to do the head gasket. Do be careful, they try to charge an hour labor for each item even if they are already working in there. They did point out the minor things I need to fix. Too bad that's not why I brought the car in. I'm sure whatever I would have gotten done there would have been a professional job. Nice clean shop but the upsell is way too offensive.

My issue was not addressed in the "diagnosis." I brought my car in because I believed I needed my head gasket replaced. I didn't get what I paid for. The so called diagnosis that I had to pay $148 for involved pulling the code and looking around for minor items that needed repair. The response was that they had to fix these minor things to get to the root. Sorry no. The nickle and dime approach doesnt work for me. Plus $500 to change a hood release and filler neck come on. Careful, they try to charge an hour for each item even if they are already working in there. They could have tested the compression or seen the coolant that was sprayed all over the inside of the engine and actually addressed my concern. To be fair, I guess anyone could have missed the diagnosis. I'm not a mechanic. They did point out the minor things I need to fix. Too bad that's not why I brought the car in. Nice clean shop but the upsell is way too offensive.

I stopped in to AutoAid and was greeted right away. I brought in my old Lincoln for repairs for my big move back to the Midwest. They got everything done that I knew was wrong with it and made my car safe to drive again. The people are super friendly and get everything done in a timely manner. AutoAid is very thorough and will be honest with you once they inspect your car. I highly recommend going here for any repairs on your car!

Excellent service and reasonably priced, the dealer probably would have charged me 3-4 times for the same service for my Audi. The staff is super friendly and professional and the lobby is very welcoming. I love that it’s pet friendly, too- brought my doodle with me to pickup the car and she was offered doggie cookies. The staff explained everything that was included in the service and will send you a text once it’s completed with the details. Highly recommend!

Hi Leslie, We're all-in to making your doodle happy as well. Thank you for the great review. Drive Safe.
