Thorough pre-purchase inspection on my prius, fair price and they made it clear they were on the side of the buyer if any issues were to come up. They did take quite a bit longer than they estimated so was waiting for a while. But worth it! Very close to Van Nuys auto mall so definitely take your car for a PPI here if you are buying from a dealership there.

Place was super clean and everyone was really helpful and friendly. Took my car in and they kept me informed the entire time I was there. They took real good care of my car and I’m very glad I chose AutoAid

Such good service from start to finish! Definitely my new auto repair “home”. Constantly updated me throughout the entirety of the process. I had a transmission issue/radiator issue, I dropped my car off Thursday morning with no appointment and was able to pick up the next day. They were able to get everything fixed before the weekend. David made sure to explain everything afterwards to me (I don’t know a thing about cars) but he made sure I somewhat knew what the issue was and all the steps necessary to fix it and what I could do moving forward. My car is now driving much smoother than before and engine light is off/all issues are fixed and I couldn’t be more thankful. Happened to stumble upon this place after reading a few reviews and couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you guys so much! I really appreciate it!

Good service but to expensive

This is, without a doubt, the best mechanic my partner and I have ever worked with. They were incredibly honest and thorough, making a huge difference in our decision when we were buying a used truck. Despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit us in for an inspection. In just an hour and a half, they identified everything we needed to know about the truck’s condition. We decided to buy the truck (and were able to negotiate with the seller because of the required repairs) and left it with them for a few days to handle the necessary repairs. Even though we live 25 miles away, it was well worth the trip. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust. Thank you David, John, Lupe and Christian for all of your help (and for showing love to our pup while there 🐶).

As Always David and the auto repair team are very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and give our cars a comprehensive review before discussing the scope of recommended work which they do carefully and completely.

I took my car here for a pre-purchase inspection. They were able to fit me in within 24 hours. The staff was nice, but what I appreciated most was the breakdown of the inspection. I received a link to the report through text and email, and David took the time to go through and review the limitations of the inspection on diagnosing some of the issues and laid out the range of severity each issue could potentially have. I felt like I got honest feedback and was treated respectfully.

Was a walk-in with a squeaky wheel, everything got resolved within a day. Billing was clear, service was friendly, and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends.
