Update: I had my first service… This company is reputable. As previously stated, The staff is extremely friendly and gracious. I am grateful that I found this place. I’ve had horrific experiences in the past with mechanics/auto shops… I feel confident and comfortable with Auto Aid. Came in to do a smog inspection as I was from out of state and was in the middle of registering vehicle at DMV across the street. Staff was very friendly and professional. They seem like a very reputable company and I believe I found my mechanic in California.

These guys have worked on my car a few times before and every time they take great care of me and give me the best and most honest deal possible. Great customer service and communication through out the service.
