As a single mom I dread auto mechanic 'stuff' and being taken advantage of... I didn't feel taken advantage of here and there were 4 other single women getting their cars repaired on the day I was there. My first time here a week ago and I was welcomed with the friendliest greeting, could be considered a Disneyland Hello! The staff, from the front desk to the garage, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The waiting room was clean and organized - they had a variety of magazines that were current and arranged by date. There is a cozy kid area that my son enjoyed and the kid chairs are pretty comfy that I didn't mind sitting on them while reading him a book. A big flat screen TV for further entertainment. The bathroom was sparkling clean and fresh. Coffee and filtered water was available. And this was just the waiting area. The service to my vehicle, an oil change, was taken care of professionally and timely, and they went beyond the duty by helping with a bulb that needed replacement. When my car was finished I was given a complete report of what was done, what was further needed (nothing!) and my bill which was at a great discount. I definitely recommend this place! Thank you AutoAid and Rescue!
