Even when jobs don't get fixed successfully the first time, you honor your commitment to standing behind your work and do everything you can to make sure the customer is satisfied. Thanks for that. It's not common enough these days...especially in Los Angeles.

Got an oil change today at AutoAid due to a referral by my roommate. They were very nice, were faster than their estimated time, and were thorough about their courtesy maintenance check- instead of just pointing to stuff on a list, they showed me an oil valve leak I wasn't aware of, showed me which light was out, and gave me estimates for recommended repairs without trying to force me to agree to them at that moment. I definitely recommend giving these guys a shot if you're unhappy with your current place or just don't know where to go- but I think it's possible to get a cheaper price elsewhere for an oil change (mine was $50, including the light replacement). I'll have to do my research on that, though.

Once again they saved the day :) Auto Aid has been keeping our old and tired van going! We are very grateful.

Great service with friendly mechanics who are there to help you and your car. They aren't like some mechanics who are just out to rip you off. They actually told me NOT to get a procedure because my car didn't need it!

My experience was the most positive I have ever had in dealing with issues of auto repair and maintenance. Courtesy, friendliness, professionalism, efficiency, thoroughness in diagnosing problems and potential problems, clarity regarding work to be done and charges for that work with no surprises, etc. All in all, I went away feeling these were men I could trust who did good, competent work at reasonable, fair prices - an uncommon experience.

No quibbles--I only wish that my car weren't always in need of such expensive repair!! Which is not their fault, of course!
