Will not give an estimate over the phone. They need to tow the car over to their place, that way they can charge tou for the tow...

Needed to get my brakes fixed so a friend of mine suggested that I go here, as she had had a lot of work done on her old car before she got a new one.Made an appointment to get my car checked out (only "downside" to this place, for me, is that they aren't open on Saturdays, since my working schedule has weird hours), brought my car in, filled out some paperwork. David, the gentleman helping me out, was super nice and accommodating. Told me exactly what they were going to do and what would happen after they inspected my car. They didn't get around to checking my car until maybe 12:30pm (had dropped it off at 9:30am), but they were incredibly busy that day as it was the day before Thanksgiving, and I didn't have to be anywhere anyway so no big deal. They finally called me around 1:30pm and said what I needed to get fixed. Had to have my rotors and front brake pads replaced. They also mentioned the wear on my tires and advised me to get them replaced soon (just got the brakes fixed, though). They had estimated to have my car ready by the time they closed at 5pm, but actually finished it up an hour early and were even awesome enough to come pick me up to get my car. :)Total work done was around $450 (also had a tail light replaced and complete brake service [fluids, etc.]). They even told me they tried to fix my front license plate, but the part was broken, so...ha. DUCT TAPE!Overall, a great experience with Auto Aid. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and were very informative about the whole process. Would definitely bring my car back here for future repairs *knocks on wood*

My brake sensor was making that awful terrible squealing sound and I was really concerned because it had not been that long ago that I had changed my brake pads both front and rear. When I went in I was told that it was a defective pad from the last change and it was replaced for me without question. It was under warranty. I felt such comfort that I have found my replacement mechanic locally who I can trust and feel that their priority is to be honest and loyal to their customers.

This is a highly professional shop, competently staffed and offering high-quality service at a fair price. As a customer I was treated with courtesy and consideration, and through the whole experience I felt that my interests were being looked after in the way I wish I could count on everywhere.

I have always received excellent service for all my vehicles from Autoaid. They are very professional, always give me an accurate estimate of repairs and if there is any deviation, I receive a phone call before any change to the original estimate. I started coming to this shop because of 2 reason....it was recommended by for former mechanic, and because of the AAA endorsement. I keep coming back because of the excellent workmanship. Thank you Autoaid for taking such good care of my vehicles.

After getting an oil change at Jiffy Lube and being warned of an engine leak, coolant leak, and being recommended to do a pricey radiator flush I took my car to AutoAid. I dropped it off, purchased a rental, and mentally prepared myself for bad news and a huge bill. AutoAid called me within 24 hours of dropping off my car and informed me that THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with it. They didn't charge me a dime and were even kind enough to buff out some scratches in the paint (without me even asking). They saved me hundreds of dollars that Jiffy Lube would have gladly taken from me!! Although I have moved several times while living in LA but I will always make the trek out to their shop because I know they are trustworthy. Thanks AutoAid.
