David and his crew at AutoAid are not only knowledgeable, but trustworthy! They will tell you exactly what you need now in terms of car maintenance and what can wait until your next visit. I drive from Santa Monica to their location in Van Nuys because I value their customer service, great prices, expertise and honest nature.

Excellent on time service at a fair price

Auto aid really is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! David and Per are my two main techs- they have the BEST manners and are super helpful. Usually, I take my car to a couple of mechanics and seriously EVERY one has the worst bedside manner- and are usually overpriced. Auto aid always gets the job done and done properly! They seriously know what they are talking about and even work out payment arrangements with me if necessary- I don't know any other shops that would do that! After a few nightmares with other mechanics I don't trust any other shop to take care of my auto needs. Thank you so much Auto aid for the AMAZING customer service and even better work on my cars!

Always friendly and top notch service. I've been going to AutoAid for years and why would I go elsewhere? I'm known personally there now and it's worth its weight in gold to have that kind of relationship with my mechanic(s). Trust is of utmost importance and I KNOW that I'll always be told the truth and that it will be fixed right.

I've been a customer of Auto Aid for over seven years and recently my car came up with a small series of problems that erupted all at the same time. I bought the car new 11 years ago and now have 130,000 miles on it so these problems were due but still unwelcome. When David called with the lowdown I was unhappy with the magnitude of repairs needed. He worked with me to iron out all that was necessary to get me back on the road. One item, a leaking power steering pump, had been replace just under a year ago. David immediately found the record of that repair on the computer, declared it was still under warranty, and told me it would be replaced at no cost. Impressive.My air conditioning system required a major overhaul and when I requested some extra attention for the car vents in that area he was most accommodating. The front control arms and suspension system needed work as well.All in all, the cost was reasonable for the work done, the service was prompt and the entire affair was handled with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. The shop is always clean and the staff most knowledgable and pleasant. I'm happy to continue taking my vehicle to one of those modern rarities people I can really trust. Thanks Jack and David.
