Auto Aid gives you exceptional service that will exceed your expectations. The shop is family owned and run and you can really tell. You get knowledgable professionals that like their jobs and want the best for their customers. You can trust Auto Aid to give you a fair price and not over sell you on things you don't need. I have used Auto Aid to service my company truck and our personal cars for 4 years.

The guys at AutoAid are beyond fantastic to their customers. They really get to know you and will do everything they can to help you get fixed up and back on the road. At one point my poor Subaru Outback finally kicked the bucket and I limped her in to the guys and not only did they not charge me anything for the inspection, they also were honest that I would probably be better off parting her out and getting a new vehicle for as much as there was wrong. Then to top it off they found the best parts buyer for me which got me hundreds of dollars more than what I found on my own, and they also led me to an amazing auto broker to find a new replacement vehicle that was fantastic! And then when that one ended up being totaled in an accident and I got a second replacement vehicle and the large dealership I went through sold me a lemon, the guys at AutoAid went out of their way to price check a new engine and even called the dealership to try to help sort everything out on their own time! These guys will go the distance for you and you really are cared for in their hands.

Excellent help as always. They were able to fit us in for an oil change, left our truck for the day, was told up front that it was a busy day and it may not be able to be done but they were able to in spite of being very busy. This shop is always hopping busy and it is because of their great service and good work.

I was from out of state & I was in need of body work on my car. I needed the work to be done quickly and inexpensively. I knew no one in the area and was at the mercy of any shop I brought the car in to. I was vulnerable & could have been taken advantage of by an unscrupulous shop. David met the price of my lowest quote and delivered everything he promised. He delivered quality work on a tight schedule at the agreed upon price. David was a gentleman, a mensch. If I lived locally I would trust AutoAid to perform all my auto services.

These guys are great at what they can do and can be trusted to do what they say...Reasonable prices great service...Lucky to have found them....Everyone I have referred has thanked me for introducing them to Auto Aid....
