When my car was still under warranty, I got used to simply taking it to Toyota for all my maintenance. As my three years expired, I started looking for independent body shops to service my car. After a couple of bad experiences, I decided to just go back to the dealership. The additional price more than made up for the less-than-reliable service I was finding. Turn the page to Auto-Aid. By chance I took my car to them when my alternator went out. What struck me was not just their professionalism and deep understanding of my make and model car, but their customer service. First when I scheduled an appointment, they asked about my schedule to best plan a time window. Next, they told me what to expect and didn't try to up sell me on everything under the sun. They were fast, friendly and got the job done right. I have now been back for several service appointments and have had the same great experience and therefore felt it worthy to share.

Amazing experience and I normally can't stand dealing with mechanics. It was actually a pleasure doing business with them and my son loved the little toddler area they had set up in the waiting room. Auto aid is getting all my business from here on out. Thanks!

#1 in my book! What can I say about Jack and David at AutoAid that hasn't already been said! It's like going to family or close family friend. What I thought was a full day's work was ready in a couple of hours. They cover the whole vehicle, bumper to bumper. I was in their very comfortable customer hospitality area while they brought my car around and enjoyed something close to my heart, a well-oiled business machine. I always appreciate watching a well-run business in action. The AutoAid facility is structured and promises to be a very safe, off the street and comfortable experience. I feel heard by, assured and connected to the folks who worked on my car. I strongly recommend Jack, David, the crew and AutoAid! Even their website is polished!

This place is fantastic! Friendly staff; clean, comfortable waiting area; HONEST! I took my car in for a rattly muffler, expecting to be there a couple hours and about 20 minutes after arriving, they were done. It was only a missing screw, which they replaced at NO CHARGE! They could have told me it was a huge, costly fix and I wouldn't have known any better. I will come back here for sure.
