No question goes unanswered, Every employee we came in contact with(not just the people who were assisting us) was pleasant. Smart move to use Uber. Most important: when you say something will be done....it is. Keep up the good work.

I highly recommend Auto Aid. They have taken care of my cars for many years - and my cars have lots of miles on them: my Honda Odyssey has 185'000 and my Nissan pick up truck has 217'000 miles on it. They never recommended anything that was not necessary and gave me warnings on some items that needed to be dealt with but did not need to be repaired immediately, and then monitored them until we went ahead with the repairs.

Service was great - even though the end result was not the news i wanted to hear about my poor 10 year old car. David is very professional and trustworthy would definitely recommend Auto Aid. My boys loved the kid's waiting room area and the candy bowl too, i couldn't get them to leave!
