My husband & I have been coming to Autoaid for years. Jack, David, Debbie & Max are AMAZING! We moved out to Oak Park last year and were worried that we would have to trust our 2013 Ford Edge to another mechanic closer to us. I called them to see if there was any way we could make arrangements to somehow get the Ford to them to have serviced. To my surprise, they came to our house to pick up & drop off to us after the work was done. Now, to be fair, they do live out in Thousand Oaks, so to them it was not a problem. We are going to Las Vegas in July and wanted to make sure the car was road worthy before we take the trip. I mentioned it to my husband, then the next time we started the car the check engine light came on. Life is so funny (strange) sometimes. Turned out to be a valve of some sort. Of course they took care of it quickly. We were not home when they returned the car. Max was able to put the car in our garage. When we came home, we were thrilled that our car was safe & secure with the keys inside. Now I really call that personal service. I know with Autoaid they will not pad the bill with things that frankly just do not need to be done yet. they are fair on pricing, but more importantly we feel like we are giving "friends" our business.
