From the start I felt like I could actually trust this body shop and they weren’t trying to find ways to upcharge the bill. They told me what was necessary, what was not, and what could be left to my decision to go either way (safe side or caution if not replacing/fixing). I really appreciate the prompt service, updates given by phone throughout each day I didn’t have my vechicle and the enterprise shuttle service they have to take you to grab a car at a discounted rate while yours is in the shop. I will be choosing them next time for anything the dealer overcharges for! Thank you.

I give Autoaid 5+ stars. Fabulous services from reception area all the way to delivery. David clearly explained step by step the issues with our Lexus. We took in our car for smoke check and accepted a diagnostic report. They not only fixed the difficult errors to pass the smoke check, but also replaced the breaks, 2 tires, fixed a cable that was eaten by rodents and found serious issues related to rodents which we had no idea. It took two days to work on our car, but it was worth it as we knew we were leaving our car in the best mechanic shop approved by AAA.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Auto Aid for many years now. They are the friendliest and most professional auto shop. They go out of their way to make the repairs and maintenance affordable. David, Jack and Debbie are the best. I won't go anywhere else. Whenever a friend is looking to get work done on their vehicle I always refer them to Auto Aid.
