The service is excellent, often above and beyond. Years ago, I was juggling a toddler and getting the vehicle serviced. One of the guys gave me a lift home in my own car so I didn't have to move the car seat. Last week, my husband dropped off the vehicle and forgot his lunch at the shop. They brought it to him! They do good work. I don't feel like they're trying to upsell all the time. They treat you like family. They may be a bit more expensive than your average mechanic, but worth it.

My husband and I have been using Auto Aid for years. They are always friendly, professional and honest. I only wish they had washed my car on my recent visit. Other than that, they always get five stars!
