Auto Aid is simply the best!

My husband and I just moved to LA in March from NY and everyone is so nice here! I was especially shocked people at an auto repair shop are so pleasant, patient and informative. I really enjoyed the customer service at Auto Aid. They make you feel seen and heard and that’s not common at an auto shop. They even offered to take me home because my car had to stay. The cherry 🍒 on top was the office smelled so amazing and they had coffee, tea, muffins and candy for customers!! They also were able to explain what was wrong with my car in simple terms. Loved 🥰 Auto Aid !! Thank you for be amazing!

Is a pleasure specially for a woman ,go to a place that usually is just for man , First of all ,everything is neat ,it doesn’t look like a mechanic place , is like when you go to a little boutique ,with flowers 🌸,coffee ,different kind of teas, muffins , everything match with con lot red ,even the napkins and even dough, there’s a tray with black mask , that place is really amazing ,I hardly recommend it .
