I was called today and ask to stop in to see if anything can be done to help me with the service I received. I gladly arrived and spoke with the mechanic. He showed me professionalism and courtesy today, he actually had time for me. I value that in a company. Way to go autoaid

I paid for AC service and was told it was done, finish. However my ac isnt working and now your too busy to work on my car when I brought it back for the second time to be services. Im told we’re busy today. Ill request a refund if this continues.

I have known Jack for many years and have Auto Aid on Erwin take care of all my auto needs my car was due for a service so I took it to their new larger location on Vanowen/ Kester. I was greeted by the smiling face of Jack and received the same excellent service I have enjoyed over the years. Needless to say I highly recommend Auto Aid for all your car work. Recently they installed new rear brakes, shocks and struts on me car. And last week replaced the trunk latch mechanism. Needless to say both were done quickly and efficiently. It’s the reason I never even consider taking my car anywhere else.
