My personal mechanic sadly passed away this year so I was nervous and absolutely dreaded the idea of going to go to a public shop for maintenance, especially having an older car and being a young women but the staff was welcoming and very professional. There was a mistake in my belt service, which they were understanding of and fixed it free of charge. My only dislike is that they take hours/all day to do one thing if they have a busy schedule but they offer customers a ride home. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly. Thank you for the honest service AutoAid!

Came here through recommendation and it was a great experience! Although service took hours due to busy day , the staff is very professional, good communication, and friendly. If I had questions they were quick to answer and explain. Didn’t sense they were taking advantage. The reason I know they gave me honest service is because I had my suspicions of what may need maintenance prior to coming in and didn’t tell them fully cause I wasn’t 100% sure, but their mechanics/auto report inspection confirmed just that. Super happy to know they don’t try to bamboozle customers. They also put effort in making sure their customers are comfortable by having a ride service, seating area, kid toys and snacks. Overall, I felt safe and trusted their service. Thank you so much for the service Autoaid!

After 3 plus years of failing smog checks and having CA DMV threatening to have my car taken off the road, Doug at AutoAid diagnosed my car and found the source of the problem. 2 days later, AutoAid smog tested my car and it pasted perfectly.

My car is old and was in need of a lot of work. Dave was very professional and let me know what was needed and what was being done, as well as the cost. My car is running great, and I will definitely go back for any future repairs .

Great service for many years

This auto shop has wonderful people working there. They are nice, clean and they explain things in simple terms for me to understand. Love my auto shop. And the goodies they have to eat!!! They’re great. But I’m on a diet lol
