Van Nuys Auto Repair & Service Center

As always the staff was personable and friendly. My auto was taken on time for scheduled appointment. What else can I say. I have had my cars serviced with confidence and reliability with Auto Aid for about 15 years or so. You can trust them.

I have only one issue and they should do it without asking but I did ask them to check the fluids on the van and they didn't do it. I hope they start checking the fluids as part of their service, especially on older Vichels

This place is awesome! Everyone is super nice and professional. I took my car to Subaru and they tried to charge me $6500 for repairs - took it to Auto Aid for a second opinion and they did everything for $1700!! I was so relieved and happy. I highly recommend auto aid and will be using them in the future!

I am so grateful to the kind, professional and helpful team at AutoAid. David and his team checked out my car at last minute's notice and the service was affordable and fairly priced. They went above and beyond when Miguel and Max drove me to and from the office so I could make all of my appointments and still get my car fixed. The team at Auto Aid did a great job efficiently. Just moved to the area from Florida and had smog check completed. Team notified me of recall on my vehicle that I was unaware of. Courteous and professional. Sigh of relief for me moving across country to find company that I may return to for future car services.

Came in to do a smog inspection as I was from out of state and was in the middle of registering vehicle at DMV across the street. Staff was very friendly and professional. They seem like a very reputable company and I believe I found my mechanic in California.

Went and got a smog check and was in and out in 10. More then convenient and staff very polite

The guys at Auto Aid are awesome. Subaru tried to charge me $6500 in repairs and Auto Aid was honest and did all my repairs for $1700! So thankful to them. Highly recommended :)
