Auto Aid always provides exceptional service. They accommodated me for a last minute tire repair and did the routine maintenance at the same appointment. The also provided transportation to and from their location to my home. They never try to upsell me on unnecessary service.

Came in a little after 8AM on a Monday without an appointment for an oil change & general diagnostic. I acknowledged nobody likes to be put in that spot and my only requirement was I needed it back by 2 to pick my kid up from school. I received a text with photos from the diagnostic & a phone call around 1 when the car was ready for pick-up. They walked me through their findings without any pressure to follow up their recommendations immediately or even at their shop. They not only remembered that I needed it back ASAP - they remembered WHY I needed it back. It was a small but impressive detail, especially for a first time walk in customer, which is why I will go back to them to get the rest of that work done. Plus their sign said "The Mensch with the Wrench" - I love it!
