Very friendly and courteous

I absolutely love this place. These guys are quick, efficient, and caring. At not time did I feel like they were taking advantage. My repairs were done correctly the first time and at a reasonable price. I wish I would’ve found them sooner because I sure could’ve used them.

Simply put: I will call AUTOAID AUTO REPAIR "Made In Heaven Repair Shop". Reason: Based on more than 33 years experience with other repair shops (big or small) in the US. In short, the experience I had was beyond and above expectation. THANKS TO ALL!!!

The friendly and helpful team at Auto Aid serviced our Lexus ES 350 today and performed the 75,000 mile service check up. They recommended service to do with the next oil change, indicating this was not urgent. We highly recommend Auto Aid for all vehicles.

Second update… Had another general service with maintenance… Staff is still friendly as ever and very accommodating! I’m grateful for the impeccable service I continue to receive with Auto Aid!! Update: I had my first service… This company is reputable. As previously stated, The staff is extremely friendly and gracious. I am grateful that I found this place. I’ve had horrific experiences in the past with mechanics/auto shops… I feel confident and comfortable with Auto Aid. Came in to do a smog inspection as I was from out of state and was in the middle of registering vehicle at DMV across the street. Staff was very friendly and professional. They seem like a very reputable company and I believe I found my mechanic in California.
