My Mustang is running great. I love Per & David & feel they are honest with me about what my car needs are. I feel safer on the road knowing they have serviced my car.

I have never been so pleased with the service and had such complete trust in an automotive service company in 44 years of driving. David, Jack and Per have always been very good at helping me understand the nature of an existing problem, the solution options that exist, and finding the quickest and most cost effective solution for me. I have recommended them to many friends and all have been extremely happy. They are the best!!!

I have been using AutoAid services for 2 years now for my flower delivery vans and for my person cars. The services are excellent and the prices are always fair. They have built that sense of trust with me and have actually told me I didn't need some of the services I requested quite yet. They have earned my trust and confidence in thier business.

Had a headlight out. Replaced the bulb. It worked............for a day. Then: out again (but with a dim light on inside of the housing( it helps to know a bit about your car yourself) that I suspected might have indicated the element was okay, but the electrical might not be. I passed on the info. The problem was diagnosed and repaired and I was out of there in 35 minutes. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced! Seems to be the norm at Auto Aid.

David, Jack, and Pear are the people I trust for my car needs.They take the time to explain the problem and don't talk over me. Dave-called me back after-hours and gave me instructions on how to leave a family members broken-down car. He's even help me assess the jobs that simple enough for me to fix.As someone w/ experience working on cars, it's such a relief to have found a TRUSTWORTHY family-run auto shop in LA. Thanks!

The folks at Autoaid are getting to know my car quite well as they've had it in their shop recently. I was impressed with how quickly they got the necessary parts for the new fuel pump and other items and had me up and running the next day. They actually shopped around and got me a better deal than just using one outlet to buy from! They are terrific! Tom Katsis

I was from out of town and broke down on a trip from LA to Portland, OR. They bent over backwards to get me fixed-up and back on the road ASAP. They explained everything very clearly and let me know what to expect as the hunt for parts and repair progressed. They did great work. I immediately left their shop and drove 980 miles non-stop without a hiccup! Great bunch of guys there. Very friendly and nice and the restroom is probably the cleanest and best appointed in the entire automotive repair industry (and I have seen more than a few of them!). Worth going to just for the bathroom!
