Got recommendations from Angies List. Per was very courteous and up front. Took the time to explain everything. Job was completed on time with no extras. Pricing was competitive. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the work area and waiting room. A good sign of pride in workmanship. So far my garage floor is drip free. Thanks to all who worked on my car.

I found a used Dodge Grand Caravan for sale in the valley and wanted to have it inspected by a credible mechanic to be sure that there weren't any issues with it that the dealer was not aware of or; perhaps not disclosing.After some research online, I was surprised at how poor the reviews were for local Dodge/Chrysler dealer service departments as well as area mechanics in general. Then I found AutoAid and quite frankly couldn't believe the gushing reviews. It seemed like my best option so I called and Per was able to set up an appointment for later that day. ConvenientWhen I pulled in, it was immediately apparent that this was not your average auto repair shop. I was promptly greeted, my vehicle was checked in, the shop was IMMACULATE clean and organized.As promised, the vehicle was inspected thoroughly in a little over an hour and I was provided a detailed report in writing but, in addition, Per walked me through all the key issues that he found on the vehicle so that I could examine for myself. as always, great work. I just wish it wasn't so friggin expensive; however, Per went to a lot of trouble to get me all the discounts I believe he could, so I just gotta grit my teeth, tighten my belt, etc.

These guys are not only great mechanics, but they are also straight shooters. They will tell you when NOT to spend the money, which is a rare thing. They are friendly and efficient, and have always gone out of their way to accommodate my family. I don't do yelp reviews often, but when a place goes beyond in their customer service and does quality work, I believe they should be supported.

These guys are good, I didn't know much about them till Kyle referred me. They checked my car from head to toe, something the dealer didn't do. Found a couple other problems, they took care of everything in one day. Nope I have A/C for the summer!

Keeping this car in optimum shape and condition is my prime goal. I prefer keeping it while it performs so well. The money I spend there I consider an investment in the best car I've had the pleasure to drive. The greatest feeling is I don't have any car payment or high insurance premium.Previously to my ownership the car was driven over a curb and hit a wall at high speed I think we have finally replaced the broken parts,she broke the wall too but someone else will have to fix that.

AutoAid was referred to me by AAA. I was having problems with my car turning off while running. They fixed the problem (bad sensors) and alerted me to other problems, such as my tires being almost bald. I came back a week after they fixed the bad sensors and had them do my tires as well. Always polite, professional, and affordable!
