My experience with Auto Aid has been the best experience I've ever had with mechanics. I am an older woman and have owned a number of cars mostly used and in some need of repair. Needless to say most of the mechanics in the past either did a shoddy job or over charged me for their services. I've made reports to the BBB and have had to take 2 of them to court (I won, by the way). As for Auto Aid, I was caught between a rock and a hard place when the used car I'd purchased blew a gasket. AAA towed my car there and the next day I was on the phone with Dave who informed me what I was dealing with and what it would take to fix it. After I recovered from the shock, I humbly asked him to have my car towed to my house because I was broke. Instead Dave came up with a plan that allowed me to have my car fixed . I must say I have had no problems with their repair work. They are honest, thorough they stand by their work. They are my mechanics for life.

I could write a book spouting the praises I have for Autoaid., but space is limited. No matter what auto problem I have had, Autoaid has been there for me. I am a senior citizen and recently was side swiped by an unlicensed driver. My car was drivable but in pretty bad shape. Shortly after the accident my back went out and I was homebound for three weeks with more time out still to come. After contacting my insurance carrier and having the adjuster come to my home and provide me with the cost of repairs, I called Autoaid and spoke with David. I explaind my situation and inquired as to who did their auto body work. David advised me and after I received payment from the insurance company called David again to ask him if he could figure out a way for me to get the car to the body shop. David actually offered to come by and pick up the car and deliver it to the body shop for me. Today David returned my car looking brand new and with no sign of it ever having been hit. His reommendation was the best. I am still home bound but now know that when I am ready to go, my car is ready too. Where else in this huge city can one find that kind of care and service? I have been with Autoaid for about three years and I have never been more pleased, from the smallest item to the big job of auto body work, David, his father and all the other employees are just the best, warm, friendly, honest and the creme de la creme when it comes to keeping my car safe and in tip top shape. I would recommend everyone at Autoaid and I am so thankful and blessed to have that name and phone number always ready to assist me and my car Try them, you won't be disappointed. In all my experience with auto repairs there is no other company that comes close.

You can rest easy knowing that David and his experienced staff will take care of your vehicle. They have the best reputation for being honest about what your car needs and what can wait for next time. There is a small waiting room (complete with WiFi) with a play area for children if you need to wait and they have even gone out of their way to drop me off at Starbucks for the day! They have received many awards for their excellent and reliable service as one can see when entering the reception area. The guys at AutoAid are expert diagnosticians. I brought a 2003 PT Cruiser GT to AutoAid after several other facilities (including a Chrysler Dealership) were unable to diagnose the problems with it randomly stalling while driving. After the first day, they had diagnosed the issue, and had a clear plan of action to resolve it. On another occasion, I brought them our 2006 Honda Odyssey to diagnose several issues. Again, they were able to identify and recommend solutions that other shops had overlooked. In this particular case, we had some miscommunication, and replaced the power steering pump unnecessarily. When this was identified, David made it good by refunding the cost of parts and labor on the replaced pump. The guys at AutoAid are stand-out experts in the field of independent auto shops - I will definitely go to them again.

Every time I bring one of our cars into Auto Aid, I leave feeling better than when I came in because I am reassured that my car is completely checked out and I know I am given honest advice about what problems need immediate attention and what problems can wait until my next visit. Then I receive timely reminders so I can't forget how to keep my car running perfectly.

Total newbie to this place. The owner(s) and employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I trusted these guys to do a pretty pricey repair on my Toyota. They did a great job. Car purrs like a kitten more than before. Garage is clean and organized. I will go back. I will also recommend to my friends.
