Mary, please let me apologize for the poor experience you had both during and after your last visit. I assure you that our recommendations are made based only on visible evidence or a very highly educated process of elimination. That being the case, I can understand that once you took it for a second opinion and were told the fix was much less than originally anticipated you felt cheated and betrayed. I cant in my right mind charge you for an improper diagnosis nor would I even want to. Please contact me so I may refund the $124 you were charged for the diagnosis. Please also understand that we DONT treat anyone differently because they are female. Our goal is to educate every customer so they may make an educated decision for their vehicle.
