Just an oil change but will be back next week for recommended work which I have been putting off. Seems I need it now!

As always, David and Jack were extremely helpful. A warning light for brake pads came on in our Mini Cooper, and I was able to get the car in and fixed on the same day without my usual habit of appointments for scheduled maintenance. Having AutoAid available is a comforting experience because we know we'll always be treated honestly and promptly.

Excellent professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. I stopped by to get my headlight changed, but they had just closed. David still took the time to talk to me about my concerns, and told me to come by the following day and he would take care of me. I came back the next morning and I was out in 20 minutes! David had left a note with Per, who is also great. Not only did they change the bulb that was out, but they reinstalled another bulb that was not properly installed by Toyota. Top notch! I will definitely be returning. They are stand up guys.

Again, as has been the case in the past, My experience was extraordinary and positive. The took extra care in working on my car, including performing preventative maintenance where they felt it was important. The other day I brought my wife's car in because the battery had died. The kept it for two days, tested the system, found nothing wrong, other than the car had sat for a few weeks.. and returned the car ....with no cost to us. Yes, they have serviced the car before, but an agency would have hit us with a stiff bill..... And Did I mention that they are nice people?? The are!!.

As always, my experience at Auto Aid was efficient, honest and comforting. We were due for a 55,000 mile check and oil change and were given the exact percentages of need on repairs that would be required in the coming months which allows us to budget in advance. David and Jack are always the best way to start and end a day of auto aid.
