I've been a customer of Auto Aid for over seven years and recently my car came up with a small series of problems that erupted all at the same time. I bought the car new 11 years ago and now have 130,000 miles on it so these problems were due but still unwelcome. When David called with the lowdown I was unhappy with the magnitude of repairs needed. He worked with me to iron out all that was necessary to get me back on the road. One item, a leaking power steering pump, had been replace just under a year ago. David immediately found the record of that repair on the computer, declared it was still under warranty, and told me it would be replaced at no cost. Impressive.My air conditioning system required a major overhaul and when I requested some extra attention for the car vents in that area he was most accommodating. The front control arms and suspension system needed work as well.All in all, the cost was reasonable for the work done, the service was prompt and the entire affair was handled with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. The shop is always clean and the staff most knowledgable and pleasant. I'm happy to continue taking my vehicle to one of those modern rarities people I can really trust. Thanks Jack and David.
