Very good professional service.

Service has been tops from first-time on. What more needs saying? Do I need to add that diagnosis of problems is always thorough and accurate? Or that when there are options, the least costly is performed? Or that everyone at auto aid is always courteous and cordial? Or that my time is always given consideration? Or that pricing is fair? Service is tops.

I was really impressed by their service. They had a uber driver drop me off to work and pick me back up after the oil change was complete. I had taken my car somewhere else to have it checked out and left with a long list of stuff that needed to be done. However, when these guys checked out my car for me, the only thing they told me was needed are windshield wipers, which I already discovered myself. My coworker that referred me to this place did so because he had been using their services for sometime and said that he felt they were honest and never requested services that he knew was not necessary. What a easy experience I had. Thank you Alex and everyone that made this a hassel free service.

I'm a broke 22 year-old; obviously I didn't want to drop $1000 on getting my car fixed. But my bigger concern was needing my car looked at and not having a mechanic out here--trustworthy mechanics are extremely hard to come by. My friend recommended Auto Aid and it was seriously some of the best customer service I've ever received. No joke. I felt I could trust them from the moment I first called in and they went above and beyond my expectations. Helped me get to and from an interview I had while my car was being fixed, gave me a car wash voucher, etc etc, there's even more I could say. But overall I just felt extremely valued as a customer (and a human being) which is rare these days. Whenever I have a car issue again, I will be going back to Auto Aid. I sound like an infomercial right now, but...it's all true.

As always, Auto Aid delivers fast and efficient service! Called them in the morning with an issue with my battery, and they were able to replace it, along with perform another pending issue all in the same day. Thanks team!
