I came to Auto Aid from a last minute recommend by AAA. My car broke down on the 405 and I had to get it towed to their location on a Sunday when they were closed. I definitely had my apprehensions when the tow truck pulled into Auto Aid's neighbor's parking lot. I had no idea what I was supposed to do and then Auto Aid's neighbor drove by and, without me saying anything to him, he says to me "If you're here for Auto Aid, just leave your key in their mail slot and call them on Monday. They'll take care of you." Still reluctant, I left my key and called them at 7AM on Monday. Someone got back to me quickly and said they would call me back with an estimate and diagnosis. They did so and I had my car back the next day. Very good service. Polite, fast, my car is running great. Thank you, Auto Aid!

As usual they took and started working on it at the appointment time. Everyone was personable and answered all my questions. I brought it in on a Saturday and not only did they do the oil change but other needed maintenance as well.

I have twice taken a vehicle to Auto-Aid. The first was to assess whether my wife's car was worth fixing or if we were better off replacing it. I was impressed that Auto-Aid, which could have made quite a bit endlessly repairing the car, was upfront that the first wave of repairs was probably more than the car was worth and would likely reveal other issues. I appreciated their candor. Most recently I took my high mileage (200,000+) Corolla in to have an assessment done of what was needed to help the car do another 200K. 24hrs later the car is running great. I cannot express how pleased I was with both experiences.
