The folks at Auto Aid did an amazing job replacing my engine, which finally gave up after 191'000 miles. They made sure the replacement worked flawlessly! I am very satisfied with their service, especially David who test drove my car for days to make sure everything was fine.

I found AutoAid using google and saw they were a AAA authorized repair agent. I was only in Los Angeles for the weekend. However, they were able to diagnose the problem and repair my car in the same afternoon. The staff was courteous and helpful and I would highly recommend AutoAid!

I was really nervous coming into this appointment for a pre-purchase inspection, not knowing if I would find out enough to help decide whether or not to buy this car. This is my first time buying a car! But my experience was beyond excellent. They did a thorough inspection and instilled so much confidence. They handled a sticky situation with my potential seller so well and took all the stress away. In the end, they potentially saved me thousands of dollars by helping me understand all the things that were wrong with the car and why I probably shouldn't buy it. I came to Auto Aid from a last minute recommend by AAA. My car broke down on the 405 and I had to get it towed to their location on a Sunday when they were closed. I definitely had my apprehensions when the tow truck pulled into Auto Aid's neighbor's parking lot. I had no idea what I was supposed to do and then Auto Aid's neighbor drove by and, without me saying anything to him, he says to me "If you're here for Auto Aid, just leave your key in their mail slot and call them on Monday. They'll take care of you." Still reluctant, I left my key and called them at 7AM on Monday. Someone got back to me quickly and said they would call me back with an estimate and diagnosis. They did so and I had my car back the next day. Very good service. Polite, fast, my car is running great. Thank you, Auto Aid!
