This is my second service visit with Auto Aid and I am very satisfied. There was a misunderstanding and they made it right with me. It's not often that I get that kind of customer service. Speaks volumes for this shop and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The people at AutoAid are great. And I trust their work. When I pick up my car i feel whatever I took the car in to be fixed, is FIXED. That is not always the case with other shops. My only disppointment was that it took almost 4 days to get a part for my car. I don't know all the "politics" that go on when it comes to getting parts, but I was surprised that it took that long to get a part. Other than that, I recommend the shop and believe in their work. And, everybody is very friendly. :-)

Auto Aid is a great place to have your car worked on. It is pristine clean and they are willing to work with you on cost and the best way to get the job done without breaking the bank. The work is top notch and they can work on many different types of vehicles. I recommend them highly.

Best Place to get your car fixed! The staff is very profesional, very friendly and very helpful. I took my BMW X5 to Autoaid after taking it to several places that couldn't get it fix and AUTOAID got the job done in no time and with no hidden fees like all the other places I've been before. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
