Brought in my car for my AutoAid-recommended EGR service following a SMOG fail. A week before I came in, I was instructed by my technician to order what turned out to be an incorrect replacement part. Two different valves in the same system have nearly identical PN's. Whether this was the fault of the parts dealer or the technician, it did leave me feeling rather disappointed at first because my 30 days to fix the issue and re-test is almost finished. However, most of all I understand mistakes happen; I'm glad everyone was honest (a lesser mechanic may have just put that wrong part in and charged me for the labor) and otherwise the service was exemplary. It's never fun to have to bring a car back to the shop for rework when you think a job will just be in-and-out, but I'd rather have someone be straight with me and get the work done right. That sort of integrity is why I keep coming back.

Auto Aid has been servicing my 1991 Lexus LS 400 for the past 10+ years. I love my car but recently the Check Engine light came on. Per was meticulous about finding the cause for the warning light and determined that after 400,000+ miles the compression was well below what it should be and it was time for a new engine. They found one for me with 75,000 miles and a 3-year warranty. They installed the new engine and the car runs as good as it did 24 years ago when it was new! Thank you Auto Aid.
