The customer service at AutoAid is stellar. I parked my car in the loading zone to pick up my husband, but Jack (who I believe is the owner) offered to move my car for me to avoid a ticket. (This is the owner, right?! Isn't that the guy who says, "Get me some coffee"?) I am wholly impressed with his humbleness, an unpopular and greatly needed character trait in America. Bravo!

Prepurchase assessment. Requested at last minute, but fulfilled virtually immediately and thoroughly.

From the second I started talking to Pehr(Pear?) on the phone I was immediately sure I was going to be getting a fair price and good service on my beloved 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe. My alternator died on the 101 and AAA recommended Auto Aid, and I couldn't have been happier. Within 4 hours I had my car towed to the shop and they had a brand new Alternator installed, at a quote that was lower than other shops I had called to compare prices with. They were incredibly friendly at the office (which is a really nice office by the way) and they were unbelievably fast with the service. 10/10 would Auto Aid Again. Thanks guys!
