I've been going to Auto Aid for over 3 years now and I can't imagine I will ever go anywhere else. EVERYONE is professional, helpful and well informed. Extremely organized, fair and competitively priced. They also provide body shop services for added convenience. I have nothing negative to say after over a dozen visits, servicing three different family cars.

Could not have been more welcoming or professional. I am grateful for meeting Jack, and then being well-taken care of by David, as well as the two office staff, who showed they cared about my interests. Even the driver who dropped me off, and returned me to my car, Lombardo, was very friendly. It was obvious to me that these people like where they work, and that is good enough for me.

Autoaid saved the day (or night) imagine it's 6pm and your check engine lights goes on! I called expecting to leave a message, yet to my surprise Jack answers the call, immediately turns himself around being almost home; reopens his shop writes up my service and get this... GAVE ME HIS PERSONAL CAR so I could get to work the next morning! Thank you Jack you are truly the mensch with the wrench!

Professional and quick. Just went through second repair job and I expect to be just as pleased. Understand that they have procedures and prices and it's not a place for a quick patch, it is a place for repairs and price will probably reflect that. They did drop me off and pick me up, super nice driver, and saved me money right there. I went in for a large repair and was presented a price that I feel was fair. I also needed to get brakes done. I begged for just a brake pad replacement but they held to their policy to work the rotors. I decided to not have this done. At first I was frustrated with this but it strengthens my trust with their work. Which is necessary because for most of us, we either don't know or have the means to verify internal work done on our vehicles. And to top it off, I was able to solve a second car concern right then and there. They took the time and patience to hunt down a rattle that only I could hear. It was a cotter pin and nut cover that wasn't a problem at all. But they stopped the rattle and sent me on my way free of charge. And that action alone is worth 5 stars.

Terrific service, trustworthy, very friendly. Who can ask for more?
