Great new shop I came across to help keep my SC in tip top shape. I really like the email and text message estimates and/or diagnostic results. Matt was great, communication was stellar and went over everything done and what is needed in near future. They were able to repair my trunk that other places said they could not do and install my new Highbeam Headlamps that other shops specializing in my vehicle make acted as if taking the bumper off to do the job was too much work!?!?!?! AutoAid is great and within minutes from home, clean shop and friendly staff makes it all the better!

Appreciated speed of accepting car, diagnosing its issues and turnaround time of repair. Team is professional on all levels. Loved the electronic summary of car repair issues, along with digital photos of what the repair staff observed. Also appreciated extent to which they prioritized what needed to be done.
