Auto Aid did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem with my Civic, took their time putting together a very detailed report, and gave me the exact info that I needed to make the appropriate decisions. They even found a problem that no one else had (a very small, nearly invisible crack in part of the engine block). Furthermore, all of these notes and records were promptly emailed to me. They went above and beyond the mechanics that I've used in the past, and I will definitely be back.
