Car service was excellent! The customer service is fantastic! Provide detail quotes for future service & pictures of inspection results which is good for customers who are visual learners. Finish my car very quickly between 1-2 hrs, no long wait! The best part is Auto Aid provide AAA members with promotional & discount deals :)

I have got a big problem with my car, (a broken suspension). Since I own only a car I asked them to do it the same day. In a few hours, it was ready and perfectly repaired. 5 stars!

The staff is very professional and friendly, the facilities are clean and the waiting room is nice. I decided to do my oil change and inspection here after reading the Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. My favorite thing was that after the inspection they give me a detailed report of suggestions of what needs to be done to my car ranging from urgent to optional. A staff in the office went over the report with me, explaining what each thing meant since I don't have a wide knowledge of mechanics. In addition to that, they gave me a care package for being my first time there, which included a letter opener, a pen, band-aids and a manual of what to do in case of an accident. My experience was overall positive, I would definitely go back and I would recommend this place to others.
