I actually found the shop not by intent or personal referral. Rather, my vehicle had mechanical problems mid-transit home and it was towed late-evening to this AAA recommended business. The silver lining is that it worked out to my favor. I found the staff to be courteous, very prompt with information and status, and patient. You would have thought I was a long-time customer, or a friend of the owner...and I'm not. Frankly, I received far better service than I've experienced through a major German vehicle dealer in my area, and certainly better than other private shops where I live.
