Friendly and professional - great work!
Remedial work. Turns out they had installed the wrong taillight bulb which resulted in some unusual problems with my headlights. It took them five hours to correctly diagnose the problem but in the end they didn't charge me and the issue was resolved.
Best shop in Los Angeles.
